Shipping & returns
UK RETURN POLICY: If your purchase does not meet your expectation and needs to be returned please contact us by email requesting a refund and letting us know why within 14 days of receiving the item. We will reply within two working days and provide instructions for the return of the item. We will offer a full refund, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This complies with the UK distance selling regulations.

NON-UK RETURN POLICY: customers are responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty and it is recommended that you use a trackable insured shipping service or at least obtain a certificate of posting. Running Stitches is not liable for any international custom duties. If you refuse your parcel and it is, therefore, returned to us any duties & costs that may arise during the return process will be taken off your refund.

EXCHANGES: We do accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, if you would like to exchange an item, you can return it as above, and contact us via email regarding the exchange, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

SHIPPING: Once an order has been placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. All items will be sent via UK postal service or courier. We take full responsibility for your package until it is safely delivered. Please allow 6 to 7 working days for delivery. You can amend or cancel your order anytime up until it has been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations.
